As part of their 2030 strategic growth and impact plan, Ecolab made bold commitments to sustainability, water conservation, and supply chain modernization, requiring major technology investments to advance these goals.
Ecolab had made significant strides, but their CIO saw a pressing need to establish stronger leadership over their ERP and supply chain technology roadmap.

After conducting several in-depth intake sessions with Ecolab’s Head of Enterprise Architecture & Chief Data Officer, we quickly recognized that the complexity and scope of this search required a broad approach.

Knowing this hire could potentially succeed their VP of Enterprise Architecture, we strategically focused on senior operations and supply chain leaders with enterprise and solutions architecture expertise, as well as technology leaders with experience in peripheral supply chain/operations functions.

He was recruited directly from IBM, where he served as Partner at IBM Global Business Services. He began his career in SAP/ERP techno-functional consulting and later spent 13 years within Cargill, driving major advancements in global supply chain technology.
His experience leading end-to-end supply chain, lead to cash, source to pay, and data & technology programs for large enterprise manufacturers made him an ideal fit for driving Ecolab’s strategic impact plan forward.
