Renewal by Andersen is the high-growth, direct-to-consumer replacement window subsidiary of Andersen Corporation, North America’s largest window and door manufacturer. One of the largest, longest-standing Renewal by Andersen (RbA) independent affiliates is Moore Holdings, which owns and operates 8 major RbA markets across the US and Canada, generating roughly $700M in annual revenue and employing over 1,300 people.

The Challenge

Unlocking the Georgia market's $100M+ growth potential

Many of RbA’s single market locations had grown tremendously, with several eclipsing $150M in annual revenue, but the RbA Georgia affiliate had not reached their anticipated growth potential.

 

Moore Holdings acquired RbA Georgia with the intention of turning the business around. RbA corporate had just made a strategic decision to build a second, state-of-the-art manufacturing facility near RbA of GA’s main office, which would streamline operations.

 

At the same time, RbA headquarters gave Moore the green light to expand their market territory to all of Georgia, opening up a massive opportunity for growth.
