One of the largest, longest-standing Renewal by Andersen (RbA) independent affiliates is Moore Holdings, which owns and operates 8 major RbA markets across the US and Canada, generating roughly $700M in annual revenue and employing over 1,300 people.

Moore Holdings maintains a highly matrixed, geographically dispersed organization. Each market location is led by a President along with several senior functional leaders and supported by a small, highly experienced executive team based in New York City.
This structure allows local market leaders to operate with autonomy, but given their rapid expansion, the executive team recognized the need for a centralized people strategy to ensure every market operates consistently.
