Restaurant Technologies has been driving transformation, innovation, scalability, and major growth initiatives, but leadership recognized that their operational processes—particularly across their 40+ distribution centers—had not kept pace with their growth.
Each facility leveraged different operating and performance tracking methods, making operational scalability a top priority as RT built the capabilities to support growth beyond $1B.

As long-term partners who understood RT’s culture and history, we were committed to helping them find the right solution for their organization.
Through several discussions with RT’s COO, CEO, and CIO, we mapped out a path for building a new function responsible for continuous improvement, process engineering, and technology initiatives.
We identified all nationwide organizations with “route-based” operational frameworks similar in size to RT and began targeting candidate prospects leading central Operational Excellence functions. Using our PrecisonPath™ process, we uncovered nearly 170 candidate prospects.
Prioritizing our partnership over volume, we took the time to source candidates who could meet RT’s growth objectives by fostering cross-functional collaboration to develop integrated, enterprise-wide processes.

While at Access, he worked cross-functionally to develop processes and systems from a “blank slate,” creating connectivity across their 200+ field locations. Before Access, he had worked at Cintas, leading large teams responsible for service operations, production, facility maintenance, and maintaining operations software.
