As Founder and Managing Partner, Brian leads all operational and strategic activities of the firm and our Consumer Markets and A-E-C practices. Believing every client deserves a comprehensive, curated experience, he is adamant that every search be conducted with precision and excellence.

Brian founded Cultura in 2016 to change the reputation of the search industry. Dissatisfied with the overemphasis on sales he saw in many search firms, he decided to flip the traditional search model on its head and prioritize execution, ensuring clients see a clear Return on Investment.

Over 15 years, he has led hundreds of executive-level searches for organizations ranging from startups to Fortune 100 global enterprises. His career began in one of the largest search firms in the United States, where he became the top-producing lead recruiter in the country and guided a 20-person team.

He then joined a top-15 Minneapolis-based executive search firm where he was the top biller, successfully executing retained search assignments for VP and Chief-level hiring executives across multiple industries, including building materials, retail, manufacturing, and consulting.
