Before joining Cultura as an Executive Search Consultant, Kelly partnered with healthcare leaders across the Midwest as a Senior Sourcing Specialist at Essentia Health, developing proactive talent strategies for nursing and allied healthcare roles, with a particular emphasis on therapy. Her experience in full-cycle recruitment, strategic sourcing, and candidate coaching enables her to create an exceptional experience for both candidates and clients.

Kelly’s foundation was built over 14 years of collegiate coaching and recruiting, where she learned to identify potential, understand what motivates people, and connect individuals with environments where they could thrive.
