As Director of Executive Search, Matt leads the Advanced Manufacturing and Industrial Markets practice and drives the continued growth of the firm’s portfolio, leveraging his extensive background in building executive search practices for Fortune 500 corporations.

Coming to Cultura directly from General Electric’s $17B Renewables business, he deeply understands how the right placement can change the trajectory of both the company and the candidate. At GE, he led the internal executive search practice, partnering with the senior executive team to define hiring needs and executing end-to-end assignments.

Prior to GE, Matt established the first-ever internal executive search practice at Ecolab where he was responsible for executive recruitment across all functions, including general management, marketing, technology, strategy and business development, and supply chain.
